The Things I Love

Teddy bears in knitted sweaters, 
Tall ships with billowed sails, 
Love songs, and music of all kinds, 
Piano, and fiddle, and sax. 
Sapphires, and white pebbles, 
Loons and their haunting call. 

Two week old kittens and baby lambs. 
Dark grey storm clouds and rainy days, 
And Northern Lights in the sky, 
Antique lace and home made quilts; 
Black eyed susans and Irises too, 
And Maple leaves in the fall. 

Hockey games played on ice; 
Coloured rainbows up above. 
Gliding quietly in a canoe, 
And walking in the woods 
These are a few of the things I Love 
But I Love You most of all!
