Kiss Me

Kiss me once,
soft against my forehead
like a whisper
traced upon a breath;
let me languish in the pools
within your eyes;
wrap me in your soft embrace
with a caress so warm and tender
that it melts me like a candle

Kiss me twice,
brush your lips across my own,
taste my passion
with the tip of your tongue
as it dips into the whimpers
trailing breathless from my throat;
ink your passion on my soul
with your fingertips
pressed gently on my skin

Kiss me always
in a dream that lasts forever
on the rain that falls softly on my cheek
riding on the evening breeze;
in the moonbeams that gently trace
romantic shadows on my face
and in the sun that graces morning
with a warm and mellow glow.

Just kiss me!
