Have you seen the weathered pebbles
smoothed and softened by the tides
that glisten in the sunlight
when the water first subsides;
Or felt the lush green mosses
dripping from the ancient trees
that have lived throughout the ages
kissed by rain upon the breeze.
Have you bathed in faded starlight
underneath the velvet sky
from the oldest stars in heaven
that entice the dreamer’s eye
Imagine how forever feels
while floating on the wind
as it circles round the earth and back
time and time again
But darling we've already
had forever, can’t you see
