Butterfly Dreams Breathless whispers afloat on velvet wings drifting on the dreams and wants softly painted on the air. Caresses felt behind closed eyes send shivers over skin electrified by longing from within as breath escapes in feathered form to drift with liquid moonbeams beneath the dusky sky. And in the waning hours of a sultry summer night as daylight dances idly on a hushed horizon she dreams and waits for morning’s kisses to gently brush her lips. june 2005 Janet Reid
