Bending Sound

Send me the songs
That speak from my heart
And I will drink them in my dreams
One note at a time
 
Tell me that you see me
In the words of someone’s music
And I will wrap myself in melodies
Drifting on their rhyme
 
My heart speaks through your radio
In someone else’s voice
Singing words I could have written
Thoughts that could be mine
 
I will sing to you
Every time you hear a love song
Listen to their melody
With my love intertwined
