Be Prepared

The sky clear blue,
the sun a yellow globe,
no clouds in sight.

This strange tranquility!
It’s the calm before the storm,
they say.

What to believe?
I am never certain,
but then, 
rain could start at any time.
Carry your umbrella
even in the sun!
