Into the Deep
You
are buried deep inside
where I breathe,
leaving an ache
that melts my world
and burns my tongue
as I sigh
and my breath surrenders
to the sweet hush
of your love.
And I want to burn in the fire of you.
Your smile shines
bright as a million stars
in the midnight of my dreams
and my sleep begs
for your name
to linger upon my lips
tasting of destiny.
And I hunger for your touch.
Caught
inside your waves
I sink deeper
into the crave of you
tumbling into a spiral,
drenched
in a blaze of beautiful ink
stained upon my heart
by the brush of your kiss,
And I want to drown dipped in your want
You are written
in the crevices
of my very existence
and with every breath taken
I fall farther
into the deep
of us
